Please choose this when undecided about treatment or on first visit treatment to fill out paperwork and to ask any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide sufficient notice to reschedule your appointment. 24 HOURS notice is standard so I can accommodate everyone. No-Shows and short cancellations will result in a charge. Within 24 hours of your appointment is a flat $25.00 charge. A No-Show to your appointment is 50% charge of treatment booked. Please do not arrive to your appointment more than 5 minutes early.
